Aquarium thumbnails

Click on any of these collages to see them in a larger form, the better to investigate! We  I took a million pictures while we were there, but I'll try so spare you. I thought this might be a fun way to give you a little taste and if you want more, just click to enlarge.

This first set is of some of the Blacktip Reef creatures. It's the same humungous turtle, but I'll talk about her later.

I believe one of these is actually called a Stickleback Skink. How cool is that!?

There is a huge jellyfish exhibit right now. Jellies, to me, are incredibly cool and incredibly creepy at the same time. I had no idea there were so many varieties, or that because they require so little oxygen that they're thriving in polluted areas where "normal" water creatures can't. Yeeeeesh. *shiver*

I was really impressed with how many animals other than fish were at the aquarium. They've done an amazing job incorporating tons of birds into their exhibits. Surprisingly, none of us got pooped on, Muggin!
