That looks like so much fun!! Jen got me a marshmellow making kit after hearing me moan and groan about how good they're supposed to be.... Then I never made them :(
On halloween, we had some made by a local confectioner, and they melted on your tongue. I can only imagine that home-made salt-water taffy is just as amazing. :)
