Beautiful bunk beds
Thanks to Pap for going above and beyond the call of duty. We'd been kicking around the idea of bunk beds for once the baby came, and Pap found this template. He loves working with wood, and lovingly crafted these gorgeous beds for the kids. Of course they love them! Liam gets the top bunk during break and then sleeps on the bottom at night. It's working wonderfully!

Yes, Pap is Scott's dad. Someday in my free time I'll take pictures of the other items he's created which live in our house... a corner hutch, a rocking chair, I guess you've seen the cradle already. There's also a wooden giraffe bank at his house that he'd made for Liam. Said Liam promptly broke it, so it's back at the farm for repairs...
