Last Christmas at our annual party, I vowed that this great room would be painted before the next Christmas party. I'd circled companies in the paper who were bonded and insured, who did free estimates and had all their own equipment. However, Dada decided to enlist the help of Pap and Grandma Barb, and we did the whole thing ourselves. He borrowed one of Jeff's ladders and we got to work. Sorry it's taken so long to get these up, Wendy. Been a little crazy around here! =) Anyway, we are the third owners of this house, and I couldn't believe this room was still white! And as aunt Becky agrees, "that's a lotta white!" Well, now it's Earth Tone and Clamshell, thanks to Home Depot and some elbow grease. A big thanks to Grandma Barb and Pap for helping paint and watching the kids!

Yikes! That does NOT look so safe. All of those days of rock climbing prepared Scott, but holy brave Pap and Grandma Barb!
