"Reading Room"

PaPa came downstairs this morning (he was here for the concert too, see below) and cracked up at "the Reading Room" because everyone including the dogs was listening to one book or another. Yay for books!

Um...

Hey Mama, don't tell Liam, but I stole Geoffrey...

Three Bumps on a Rock

I am not sure that I even need captions for these. Their cuteness says it all. Jonathan ("Bing") is three now, and Nina and Liam are both five. Hooray for best friends!

Guess what time it is?

Lookit these three. Totally plotting what kind of mischief to get into next...

Carrie and Isaac. He's been such a good friend of hers this year. His family moves away next week and we will miss them so much!

Spring concert time

Who is this pret-ty girl? She's in a dress! Everyone mark your calendars- Care Bear wore a dress on March 17, 2011!

Isn't she lovely? Our pretty girl!

Darn it, now why did that come out so tiny? =( Can you find her in the front row?

Right in there among her boy friends. She did the motions this year! ;) The concert went very well. You could tell they worked hard!

Her school concert is held in tandem with the students' art show. Here are some of Carrie's creations:

Post concert. Notice she's already shed her necklace.

Here she is with her adorable teacher. Carrie's having a fabulous year with her!

Take Me Out to the Ballgame

Carrie popped her Pirates hat on the baby and went into a fit of giggles as he tried to take it off, turn it around, eat it, etc. Some highlights:

Yo, homie. You don't say?

She said I'm cute!? Yessssssssssssssss!

All righty. Let's get us to a ballgame. I'm ready! Go Pirates! Let's see if you guys can win one in my lifetime!

Not quite what they mean by mountain biking, and sitting unassisted.

Yes, that would be Carrie climbing up the snowpiles made from snowblowing the driveway all the time. And yes, that would be Dada on his newly fixed mountain bike in the background. He did not, however, bike up the snowpiled mountains. ;)

And here we have Damon, sitting unassisted at almost 8 months:

Randomness

This is quite a common sight around here, actually. Liam in footie pajamas, with a balloon sword stuffed down his back, boxing the daylights out of someone on the Wii. A knight in shining... er, fleecy... um, oh never mind.

Damon giving Sir Liam two thumbs up:

He loves to pull the shade of his carseat the whole way in front of him so that he can suck on the tag. It does no good whatsoever that way, but that's how he likes it.

Sitting pretty, so pleased with himself.

Cooties

"She looks like she wants to kiss me..."

"I'm outta here..."

"Mamaaaaaa! I got cooties!"

Freezy trees

I know y'all are sick and tired of winter, and believe me we are too, but Dada took these pictures of the freezy trees and they came out just gorgeous!

Hat!

This is his Superman pose. He hasn't figured out how to crawl yet, because he is EXCELLENT at pulling arms, legs, chest, and head all off the floor at once, leaving just his belly to support himself. Once he figures out how to reverse that, he's gonna be gone...
