I'm dreaming up new names for the blog because I'm thinking that "Care Bear's Corner & Liam's Lounge & Whoever's Whatever" is going to be a little too long. If this kid had arrived in May, it would have changed to "Two Emeralds and an Opal" to tie it to their birthstones, but that didn't happen. Apparently this kid took me seriously when I told him/her that he/she was not permitted to arrive before school was out. Today was the last day, so we're calling this the end game now. Tomorrow is another doctor's appointment and Saturday my doctor just so happens to be at the hospital where I'll be delivering this child, so we shall see what we shall see. We'll keep you posted, no blog puns intended!
Thanks to Grandma Barb for all the dates Dada and I got to enjoy from Sunday through yesterday. It was nice to go to the drive in without kids! My mom is here now, so we continue to be in good hands. Have a good night everyone, and we'll holler at you soon!

When we were due with G, Mike was trying desperately to finish up 2 huge freelance jobs, on top of working full time. On the day AFTER she was due, he asked G for one more day - and she gave him just that. I like to think she was agreeable from the start - just like this little one is proving to be. What a sweet baby already. =)
