We're starting to deck the halls for our Christmas party. We picked out and brought home our tree today... hope he starts drinking or he's going to look like the Charlie Brown Christmas tree long before our party! We've got some decorations up and are going to trim the tree tonight. I'll post pictures once it's all done. We did get some of her at the tree place and one of her supervising while Dada screwed the tree into the stand...
Last night was Scott's OI Christmas party at the Elk's Lounge. I think everyone had a good time although more country music was played and *shudder* karaoked to than I've ever heard in my life. My face hurt from smiling so much and it was good to finally meet everyone! MANY MANY thanks to our friend Shawn who babysat so we could go on our first date since August! Yippie!
Going to bake cookies with Leeann and Brigetta at the church tomorrow. Oughta be good ;) Brigetta's four oldest kids will keep a good eye on Carrie!
